Flexibility

Bring your vision and our team will make it happen. We won't limit your selections throughout the build. After all, this is YOUR custom home. If you want some help with the design and material selection, let us know! We can refer you to some incredible interior designers and professionals that do great work.

Communication

From your first kick-off meeting to the day we close on your home, we keep you in the loop. We use a customizable app to update you on the schedule and progress of your home. With a Project Manager assigned specifically to your project, you will always have someone available to answer questions throughout the process.

Transparency

We are completely transparent with the costs throughout the project. You will get updated cost breakdowns along the way to make sure we are on track with budget. If we find ways to save you money, that money goes back to you or can be put towards an upgrade. We are here to answer questions or concerns, so don't hesitate to call!

What to expect

Get in touch

First things first, lets get in touch! Fill out our form and let's hop on a call so we can learn about your project to see if we will be a good fit. We are happy to answer any questions.

Project Estimate

Once you have an idea on your floor plan, we'll set up a meeting to discuss the finishes you want and the details that are most important to you. We go line by line for a complete cost breakdown on your project to make sure your plans fit your budget and your vision.

Construction Lending

After we meet to create an estimate for your project, it's time to start looking for a lender. We can help you through the process and get you in contact with our preferred mortgage and construction lenders.

Permits

Once your plans are finalized, and the lending is set up, we can submit your project for permits. Each city/county has different requirements, but don't worry! We will take care of the headache for you.

Go Time!

Now that we have your permit squared away, we are ready to break ground! Before we begin, we will have a kickoff meeting to introduce you to your project manager, go over the schedule, help you sign into our app, and answer any and all of your questions.

Welcome Home

Finally, your home is move in ready! After we do a final walkthrough with you, we will hand over the keys. Our favorite part of the entire process is being able to welcome you to your new home!

    About Us

    What areas do we serve?

    We serve the areas of: Rigby ID, Iona ID, Idaho Falls ID, Ammon ID and Shelley ID. If your project is outside of these areas, give us a call and we can see what we can work out!

    Can you draw the plans for us?

    While we don’t draw up the actual plans, we have several architects and drafters that we work closely with.  We can help you with the design process to make sure your plans have all the details you hope for, while fitting in your budget.

    Do we have lots available?

    We do have some lots available and can refer you to some great developers and realtors to help you find the perfect place for your home.

    Do we have designers we recommend?

    We do! Once we have discussed your vision for the home we can connect you with a designer that would best fit with your style and budget. Our in-house design team can also help with all the different choices along the way if you don’t find a designer that fits your specific needs.

    How do we get on your list?

    You can secure your spot on our list once we work out our contract for the build and get an earnest money deposit.

    What's the cost per square foot to build?

    Prices vary depending on the floor plan and types of finishes you choose. For a custom quote, fill out our questionnaire and we will get in touch!

    How long will it take to build a house from start to finish?

    This entirely depends on the size of home you are building. We work very hard to maintain a tight schedule and will keep you up to date throughout the project. In our kick off meeting, we will show you the schedule we have lined out for your project. You will have a project manager over your project to ensure that the schedule runs smoothly and keeps you in the loop!

    How does project financing work?

    We have awesome lenders that we can get you in touch with.  Generally, we will connect you with a lender so the construction loan is in your name.  We will then take draws throughout the project. This helps keep you in the loop on budget and the schedule.
